What data do we process?
When you fill in a form, we process the details you provide: your name and email address and, depending on the form, your company name, job title, phone number, postcode, country, website and message. We also record when the form was sent and whether you consented to receiving news.
To keep the website secure and working, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address. This is temporary and only for security and troubleshooting. For statistics we use a privacy-friendly service without cookies and without visitor profiles.
For what purposes and on what legal basis?
- Responding to your request: at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- News and early-access updates: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by email.
- Security and statistics: our legitimate interest in a secure, well-functioning website.
How long do we keep data?
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a customer relationship follows. Unsubscribes take effect immediately.
Who do we share data with?
We never sell your data. We only use service providers needed to run the website and our communications, such as hosting, form processing and email, and we have data processing agreements with them. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
